Beautycounter Favorites

I’ve mentioned my go to Beautycounter products in multiple posts, but wanted to put everything in one spot for easy reference. These are my Beautycounter favorites for skincare, makeup and kids!

Skincare

Overnight Resurfacing Peel: One of the newest and best products. It’s tied with Countersun for the product I recommend most frequently. I use it 3x a week and love that it’s meant to be worn all night.

Charcoal Cleansing Bar: This is the skincare item I always recommend for men and teenagers. It’s easy to keep in the shower and use to wash your face and body. If I workout in the morning before I shower, I wash my face with the charcoal cleansing bar (other days I skip a morning cleanser).

Balancing Facial Oil: I’ve tried both the brightening and balancing facial oils and think both of them are great. If I had to choose, I’d go with the balancing especially if you have oily or combination skin.

Balancing Face Mask: I aim to use this mask once a week as a preventative measure. Whenever I feel a pesky pimple coming on (I get hormonal acne on my chin every month or so), I add an extra session. Most of the time I find that clears it right up.

Dew Skin Moisturizing Coverage: I prefer really light coverage, so this is perfect for me. I use one pump and apply it with a sponge for a light, dewy look. If you like a little more coverage, I recommend the Tint Skin Hydrating Foundation.

Flawless in Five: If you’re looking to make the initial switch to safer beauty, this is a great set to start off with. It comes with six products to create an everyday look at an amazing price. The products are worth $187, but the set is only $150!

Kids & Home

Countersun Mineral Sunscreen: This is the product that got me hooked on Beautycounter. After trying multiple other safe sunscreens that either didn’t work or left a white residue, I decided to try the Countersun sunscreen stick (perfect for keeping in your diaper bag or purse) and Countersun sunscreen lotion. For the past two years we’ve only used Countersun products, including multiple trips to the beach when we lived in LA. I’m happy to report we’ve never gotten sunburnt when using Countersun sunscreens!

Kids Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner: We recently switched to using the kids body wash and shampoo for Lawson and Sybil. I love the smell and they love using their “own” soap. Sybil’s hair is almost long enough to start using the conditioner too!

As for the two products I want to try next: cleansing balm and tint skin!
