When I saw HRH Meghan Markle wear this outfit, I knew I wanted to recreate it with pieces I already owned. Individually, these are all go to items that I wear a lot, but I hadn’t thought to put them together. The only bummer is it’s too cold to wear this outfit in Colorado now!
I’ve gotten into following Kate and Meghan’s fashion via Elizabeth Holmes. There’s something so relatable about their style, especially Meghan. She wears a mix of brands that I own and love (Madewell, J. Crew, Everlane, Cuyana). Of course, she also wears high end designers that I never will! I really like her minimalistic style full of neutrals.
It must be my year of all things royals as a couple of my favorite books of the year were royal related. I’m behind on writing my latest reading list, but I read Red, White and Royal Blue and American Royals in the past couple of months. Both were well written, fun reads that I’d recommend. One of the books paired with this sweatshirt would be a cute gift for anyone that loves the royals.

Hi! I went up one size, but it’s still a little tight in the shoulders and I probably could have gone up two full sizes. Hope that’s helpful!
