I love this photo because it so accurately summarizes life with two toddlers. It’s crazy and chaotic, silly and fun, messy and definitely not picture perfect. But it also brings me more joy than I ever thought possible. This year brought a lot of change for all of us. Graduation, another move, lots of time with family, big development leaps for Lawson and Sybil that stretched us as parents.
Before fully shifting into the new year, I took a look back at my 2018 highlights. 2018, you were a good one.

January
- I launched a new look for Luv in the Bubble with a look back at 2017
- Started 3 things for 30 days, which kickstarted a more consistent workout routine
- Got my first tattoo

- Read The Nightingale which was the first of 18 books I read this year (spring and fall reading lists)
- Started Whole30 feeling hangry and stressed

- Finished Whole30 (my Whole30 experience and complete meal plan)
- Welcomed my brother to LA for a long weekend (a good charcoal mask has become a bit of a tradition) followed by a visit from my mom

- Celebrated Jim and Lawson’s birthdays
