It is tradition in our house for the kids to get a handful of gifts on the first day of December. A little like the St. Nick’s gifts from my youth. The general format is the same year after year: a pair of pajamas, LEGO Advent set (City and Friends, each almost $10 off), and a holiday book (How Winston Came Home for Christmas and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Sleigh). (25+ of our favorite holiday books for kids here!)
This year I’m adding in a set of flannel sheets and Sugarfina candy. I remember my mom putting flannel sheets on my bed when the weather turned cold. I am excited to introduce the kids to the warmth and coziness of holiday bedding!
