Our air conditioning is out for the 3rd time this summer. The good news is it’s finally being replaced. The bad news is that it’s still 95+ here in Phoenix and the new unit isn’t scheduled to be installed until tomorrow. So this past weekend we headed north to Prescott for a few days. Even though we’ve been traveling a lot, it was our first vacation as a family of 3. We explored the town, lounged at the park and enjoyed the beautiful weather. On our way home we stopped at a pumpkin patch and picked out Lawson’s first pumpkin.
The perfect weather gave me an excuse to break out my flannel. Since it was still 75 and sunny, I balanced it out with shorts, ankle boots and hat. It felt very appropriate to wear to the pumpkin patch!

On the drive home, we stopped at Sunset Point for a quick pic and to feed Lawson. We missed the perfect photo opportunity, but managed to grab this shot.
