This weekend I am…to be honest, I don’t have many exciting plans. I’ll be following along with the NCAA basketball tournament, enjoying the sunshine and catching up on errands. After a couple of busy weeks and vacation, I’m ready to settle back into a bit of a routine and get back into working out. I want to try this salad I saw on Victoria’s blog this week. It looks pretty simple and delicious! Oh, and I’ll be tackling fun projects like my taxes! Despite being an accountant, I’ve hired someone else to do them the past few years, but I’m giving it a go this year.
Call me old-fashioned but I love to get the mail. There’s a little anticipation and excitement every time I open it hoping for a card, catalog or magazine. Once a month I’m treated to the J. Crew Style Guide. It truly is one of my favorite mail items! I took a look through the April guide yesterday and found a few favorites. With a 25% off promo (30% for cardholders), it’s a good time to pick up some things for spring. This sweater in a cute seersucker eyelet, these sperry topsiders (or these with anchors), and this tank in all sorts of spring shades. And for any brides to be, I love this dress (another photo of it on Pinterest here). It’s not something I ever would have thought I’d be drawn to, but I love the delicate lace.
