Holiday Gift Guide: For the Parents & Grandparents

Gift ideas for the parents and grandparents

Did you all find some great deals over the past few days? I know I did. And I may be guilty of buying as much for myself as others. Oops!

25 days until Christmas! Time to get cracking…shopping for parents and grandparents can be tricky. They tend to buy everything they want for themselves. I’ve come up with 10 items that I think they’d love. I’ve got more shopping to do so if you have any other ideas, please share in the comments!

FOR THE PARENTS & GRANDPARENTS:

one: this tata harper essentials collection would be perfect for any mom or grandma that deserves some pampering.

two: everyone can use a cozy throw to stay warm this winter. west elm has some of the softest throws in great colors.

three: my dad is on his 3rd pair of these flannel lined slippers. he can’t get enough of them.

four: I can’t stop raving about this one-button fleece cardigan. I wear mine almost every night when it gets cool. Shhh, don’t tell her, but my mom’s going to find one under the tree this year.

five: when lawson was born we gave his grandparents a digital photo frame. we send new photos to the frame every so often. it’s a great way to keep them involved even though they don’t all live near us and they’re always excited to spot a new photo.

six: opening a bottle of wine can seem like an art. why not make it as easy as possible with the rabbit corkscrew in a festive red for the holidays?

seven: my mom is always looking to try new recipes. she’s a huge fan of the pioneer woman and would love her new dinnertime cookbook.

eight and nine: for the beer lovers, the handbook of porters and stouts and this set of towels would make a great gift.

ten: this ceramic cylinder with metal stand would look just as great on an outdoor porch as inside the home. add a potted plant or small tree (fig leaf anyone?) and you’re set!
