Having a child has meant more nights at home for us in the past year. Over the holidays we decided to list all of the shows we were watching regularly to gauge how much time we were spending in front of the TV. Then we narrowed it down to 8 shows we both wanted to watch together and 2 bonus series for each of us.

Our Top 8

1. The Newsroom (best show I’ve ever watched)
2. The Big Bang Theory
3. Elementary
4. The Mindy Project (Mindy is hilarious)
5. Downton Abbey
6. Sherlock
7. Hit Rccord (Joseph Gordon Levitt can do it all)
8. Master of None

Since we finished The Newsroom, we added Happy Endings into the top 8. There were only 3 seasons so we’ll finish that pretty soon. And with Downton Abbey ending on Sunday, we’ll have 2 spots up for grabs. Any recommendations?
